"Tech-N-Go has been a major
help to Extech Instruments IT department. They upgraded our old
NT network up to the Windows 2003 running Exchange. When we
first contacted Tech-N-Go our Primary Domain Controller was down
for the count. They were able to get up and running as fast as
humanly possible with a temporary solution and later with our
current system. The system upgrade went as smoothly as possible,
which was no small task getting 85 clients up and running. Most
importantly they have provided the essential backup needed
during our learning curve.
Whenever needed, Steve or one of his people is always there to
help, even on weekends. He never fails to call back and if
needed either remotes in or comes down to our office in Waltham,
Massachusetts. I have joked with him about his sleep habits
since he never seems to need any.
An example of Tech-N-Go's knowledge and experience occurred
after we experienced a Dual RAID failure causing our Exchange
mail store to corrupt. We had recently hired a new employee and
thought we could go it alone but ran into a snag. We then tried
to go the Microsoft help line route but when they began to blame
Veritas BackupExec v9.1 for us not being able to replace the
store. After 5 hours of try this and try that I called
Tech-N-Go. Twenty minutes later we were up and running without
even having to use a backup and losing email. He also cost about
a third of what Microsoft wanted to charge.
Are we happy with Tech-N-Go? yes. Will we continue to call on
their expertise? definitely."
